You must be at least 21 years old to register and use ezjili, consistent with PAGCOR requirements for all gambling activities in the Philippines. Age verification is mandatory.
Each player is permitted one ezjili account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses without prior notice.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Full bonus terms apply to each promotion.
Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. ezjili reserves the right to request documentation including a valid government-issued Philippine ID at any time.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ezjili ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by ezjili, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the ezjili platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
21+ Age Restriction: Use of the ezjili platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, consistent with PAGCOR requirements for gambling activities in the Philippines. Persons under 21 are prohibited from registering or using this platform in any capacity.
To be eligible to register and use ezjili, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
ezjili reserves the right to verify a Player's age and eligibility at any point. Any account found to be registered by or used on behalf of an ineligible person — including a person under 21 — will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where applicable.
To access the full range of services on ezjili, you must register for a Player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Philippine mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and that you will update it promptly if it changes.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on ezjili. The maintenance of multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonus credits therein.
ezjili reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
ezjili will never request your password through any communication channel, including SMS, email, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from ezjili that requests your password or OTP is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
You agree to notify ezjili immediately — via the official support channel at [email protected] — if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. ezjili will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
ezjili accepts deposits denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via the following local payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱200 for bank transfer channels. ezjili does not apply any deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees which are outside ezjili's control.
All funds deposited into your ezjili account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your account, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Transaction Integrity: ezjili implements automated transaction monitoring to detect unusual deposit patterns. Deposits that trigger fraud detection thresholds may be temporarily held pending review. Players will be notified via their registered mobile number or email in such cases.
Players may request withdrawals of available real-money balance to a payment method registered in their own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15–60 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 30–180 minutes on Philippine banking days.
KYC Requirement: Identity verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal request will be processed. KYC verification requires the Player to submit a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., Philippine Passport, PhilSys ID, Driver's License, SSS ID, or UMID). ezjili may also request additional documentation including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.
ezjili reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if:
ezjili offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin credits. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
Bonus Abuse: Any activity that ezjili reasonably determines constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit from a bonus, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or exploiting system errors — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
All games offered on ezjili are provided by third-party certified game providers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and others. Each game operates according to the rules established by its respective provider. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage and volatility information for each game is available within the game's information panel.
All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning under controlled studio conditions supervised by the provider. ezjili does not manipulate or influence game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game in progress, the outcome of the interrupted round may be void at ezjili's discretion, and the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's account. ezjili's decision in such matters is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ezjili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account:

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or license to use any such intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, or otherwise use any ezjili content for any purpose without the prior written consent of ezjili. Unauthorized use of ezjili's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ezjili shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ezjili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code at all times.
ezjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account — with or without prior notice — where it reasonably determines that:
Upon closure of an account, ezjili will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the Player via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts closed due to fraud, terms violation, or money laundering will have their balances frozen pending investigation.
ezjili reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS notification to the registered mobile number and/or a notification on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the ezjili platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact support to close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the ezjili platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
